Independent-provider relationship
Peoria Concrete Lifting is an independent website and optional referral source. It is not the contractor that inspects or performs work unless a future page expressly identifies a verified contracting entity. A provider may accept or decline a project. The homeowner chooses the provider and contracts directly with that business.
The provider controls credentials, insurance, permits, inspection, method, materials, employees, subcontractors, price, schedule, work, cleanup and follow-up. Verify those items in the provider’s written agreement.
Estimates and published prices
Published costs are planning ranges, not offers or fixed estimates. Photos cannot establish final geometry, void, access, utilities or structural condition. A provider’s written estimate and contract control its price. Clarify allowances, material-overage rules, exclusions and change orders before work.
Structural and public-work limits
Concrete slab lifting is not the same as structural engineering, foundation underpinning or public-infrastructure work. Building movement, retaining conditions, utilities, public sidewalks, approaches, curbs, ditches and drainage systems may require another professional or authority. Users are responsible for obtaining address-specific advice and approvals.
Calls and messages
The published number is for project-related communication. The website does not currently enroll form users in recurring promotional SMS. If messaging features are added, any optional consent must be separate from the project request and must state frequency, rates and opt-out instructions. Carrier message and data rates may apply to ordinary messages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious or unlawful content, impersonate another person or submit details without authority. Do not rely on the site for emergencies. For immediate danger, utility leaks, unstable structures or public hazards, contact the appropriate emergency, utility, engineering or public authority.

External links are provided for context. Their owners control content and availability. The website may change or remove pages, referral options or features. It does not promise uninterrupted access or provider availability.
Liability and changes
To the extent allowed by law, the site is not responsible for decisions made without an appropriate inspection or for an independent provider’s acts, omissions, contract or work. These terms may be updated when the operating model or services change. The updated date will be revised.
