Information you provide
The project form may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address or approximate location, property and slab details, preferred contact method and uploaded photos. Calls may provide caller number and voicemail. Do not send government identifiers, payment-card details, medical information or other unrelated sensitive data.
How the information is used
Information is used to respond, understand the project, operate the website, prevent abuse, measure site performance and check whether an independent concrete provider may be available. If a referral is appropriate, relevant project details may be shared with a potential provider so that provider can decide whether to contact you. Submission does not create a service contract.
Providers used by the website
The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Tally for the project form, Google Analytics for aggregate website measurement, Twilio for the published phone path, and email or notification services for operational routing. Those providers process information under their own terms and may process it in other jurisdictions.
Google Analytics is configured without advertising personalization in the site tag. Browser settings and blocking tools may limit analytics. The site does not sell personal information or use project details for unrelated advertising.
Calls and messaging
The published number may record routing and voicemail information needed to respond. The current web form does not request consent to recurring promotional text messages. Providing a phone number permits a project-related call or manual response where lawful; it does not opt you into an automated marketing program. Do not include confidential material in voicemail or text.
Photos and location
Photos may reveal an address, vehicle, family member, document or other detail. Review images before uploading and crop anything not needed to understand the slab. Location is used to check project context and provider availability, not to claim that a property has been inspected.
Retention, security and requests
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for response, referral, operational records, security and legal obligations. No internet system can be completely secure. You may request access, correction or deletion of information held by the site, subject to legal and operational limits, by using the contact page.
Independent providers
An independent provider receiving a referral controls its own records and privacy practices. Ask that provider how it stores photos, estimates, contracts and communications. This website does not control the provider’s inspection, credentials, pricing, work or follow-up.
Changes
This policy may change when the form, analytics, phone routing or referral model changes. The updated date will be revised. Material changes must be reflected in the actual providers and public form before publication.
